Advised a market-leader telecommunications companies on several occasions in connection with renewal of licenses, obtaining regulatory permits from the state authorities and certain aspects of interconnection rates;

Advised the shareholders of a large financial institution on certain aspects of disclosure requirements in connection with contemplated share issuance;

Provided legal counsel to a large local financial institution on certain aspects of its contemplated capital raising operations;

Counseled a leading local telecommunication company in a complex tax dispute against tax authority claiming over 10 million AZN in unpaid taxes and fines;

Conducted a comprehensive analysis of regulatory framework for a local telecommunication company in connection with its acquisition of state-owned shares in an internet service provider;

Advised a large telecommunication company on possible tax liabilities pertaining to its certain contemplated transactions, together with an international professional services company.
