You will be challenged

on large and complex transactions and will have an exposure to complicated
commercial disputes with enough potential to accommodate your passion

You will be exposed to both transactional work and litigation.

Some, if not most, incoming lawyers are uncertain about their law practicing
careers due to their lack of insights about the work that they will do at a law
firm. We encourage our associates to use their time at the firm to gain a
greater understanding of the types of work that we do and to learn about the
many options available to them as they begin their legal careers with AZIP.
We also carefully listen to the preferences and interests of our junior lawyers,
and assign all kinds of transactional and ligation work to provide an
opportunity to gain essential skills and broad-band knowledge in numerous
legal fields and see the matters through from initiation to conclusion. At their
own pace, our associates develop their individual style and carve out their own niche. Only after in-person exposure will you be able to gravitate towards your area of practice you are passionate about and validate your aspirations.

Compensation & Benefits
