Represented an international security solutions provider company with respect to USD 30-million single source government procurement contract. Our support included negotiation of contractual terms for more than half a year and Azerbaijani law advice on certain contractual matters;

Represented a leading local telecommunications company in negotiation and structuring of a service agreement with an international IT, networking, and cybersecurity solutions company with respect to delivery of high-technology hardware, software and services;

Regularly handled negotiations with and structured agreements with foreign distributors, agents, wholesalers, resellers, retailers and vendors on behalf of a leading local spirits producing company;
