On the litigational front, we have successfully represented an array of clients, both domestic and international, before courts of all instances and national IP offices, with respect to protection, infringement, misappropriation, validity and ownership of IP rights, registration of trademarks, including counselling in dealings with customs authorities with respect to import of counterfeit goods.

Assisted a large corporation acquiring an industry-leader local media company with transfer of ownership of business social media accounts of the acquired company including assessment of legal risks of such transfer;

Advised an innovative local entrepreneur on IP sides of setting up a unique business aggregator as well providing assistance with registration of a trademark of company in connection with the said aggregator;

Represented an international oil-gas company before the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court in a complex trademark dispute against a related company seeking revocation and invalidation of its several trademarks;

Provided legal advice to an international alcoholic beverages producer on registration of its IP rights in State Customs Register;

Advised a large international mass media company in a dispute related to unauthorized use of its domain name.
